ALPERT AWARDS IN THE ARTS SHOWCASE REDCAT celebrates the 10-year anniversary of the Alpert Award in the Arts—annual fellowships administered by CalArts on behalf of The Herb Alpert Foundation—with a yearlong series dedicated to the work of Alpert Award winners. Launched during our inaugural season, the celebration continues into 2005, including the works of Vijay Iyer, Rennie Harris, Erik Ehn and filmmakers Ellen Bruno and Renee Tajima-Peņa.
