Audio/Visual Services

REDCAT provides large-print programs for all patrons.

We also offer Assistive Listening Devices free of charge for all performances. Upon arrival, please inquire at the Box Office or ask a House Manager to request this device.

Parking and Entry

Accessible parking is available on level P3 with a direct connection and elevator to the REDCAT lobby. Our elevator is located to the left of the P3 entrance. The W 2nd Street entrance to REDCAT opens directly onto the lobby level.

Wheelchair/Limited Mobility Seating

REDCAT offers accessible seating for persons using wheelchairs or those using mobility aids along with their attendants or companions. When our risers are deployed, seating for patrons in wheelchairs is available on both the lobby level, providing access to the row of seats furthest from the stage, and on the stage level, which can be reached by elevator. Patrons can also request aisle seats. Please visit any of our volunteer ushers or the Front of House manager upon arrival for assistance.

If you plan to utilize accessible seating options or have any access needs, please indicate these in the provided area when purchasing tickets. This allows us to make arrangements to make your visit as enjoyable as possible.

Restrooms

The REDCAT Restrooms are located on the lobby level and include accessible stalls. While current law requires we display binary signs on our multi-stall restrooms, we support gender diversity and recognize that this signage does not represent the entirety of our patrons or staff. All patrons may use the restroom with which they are most comfortable.

If you require accessibility services not listed above or have questions or comments, please contact REDCAT’s Front of House Manager at hmredcat@calarts.edu.
